Far Better Then Silence

For the past year or so, there’s been a new audio craze online labelled "Podcasting". The term was coined because audio broadcasts were being created by Internet users via websites and made available for download to Apple’s iPod listening devices. Since then, countless Podcasts have been created and have become incredibly popular. People don’t have to listen to them on an iPod. simply having a computer with speakers will do or a CD player.
Although I enjoy listening to the radio, be it on the stereo or via an online streaming radio station using software such as Windows Media Player or WinAmp, I also enjoy being educated and informed about like-minded topics. Listed below are the "Podcasts" I am interested in. You can find ones that fit your interests at websites such as http://podcasts.yahoo.com, or http://music.aol.com/radioguide/podcasting.

I don\’t know why I never mention this before but have you ever looked at becoming a Mortgage broker, my girlfriend is taking a course that would allow her to start making between $600-$800 per transaction to start. There are quite a few online courses that will run you about $400.00 and you can then become a consultant. The money is in getting ppl with bad credit a mortgage, and from my understanding there a great need for this kinda thing. Let me know what you think. For me I am sticking with the manager bit, I just did an interview with a non-profit org, that builds computers for schools, only 37k to start but a good challenge. Later
